                                         Rules and Regulations

Use of the facility is at the player's own risk. Proper tennis attire is required. 
Anyone wearing running shoes or non-regulation shoes will not be permitted on the courts.
The group captain is responsible for asking all group players and guests to sign the waiver and release form prior to entering the courts. Food and drinks (other than water) are prohibited on the courts. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises. Children under the age of 12 may not be left unattended in any area of the building and are not permitted on the courts unless they are playing tennis. Any person whose conduct is deemed detrimental at the sole discretion of the management may be expelled.

                                           Reserved Time Courts

The management reserves the right to alter reserved court times a half hour earlier or later to facilitate scheduling.All reserved time courts will be suspended on Christmas Eve after 12:00, as well as all day on Thanksgiving. Christmas, and Easter. These dates will be extended one week at the end of the season. Make-up times for reserved time groups are available between 4/28 & 5/4 2012. Make-ups will be honored only if a court is canceled prior to 48 hours in advance and is resold. This is limited to two make-ups and may not be carried to the next season or exchanged for money.
                                             Deposits and Payments
Reserved Time: A deposit of $400 per court is required to hold a court time. Any group reserving a court time must submit its completed application, signed waiver and deposit on or before March 15, 2011. After that date, the court may be resold. Deposits are non-refundable. The captain is responsible for the collection of money from those in the group, and must submit one check for the balance. The balance of payment is due, in full. on or before August 31, 2011. Balances not paid by August 31. will have a late fee of $10 (per month) added to the balance due. In the event that we have not received the balance of payment by Nov 1, 2011 the court time may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
